This practice is a blend of deep relaxation, sensory nature connection and planting seeds of transformation while immersed in the potent healing state of parasympathetic nervous system dominance. For the practice of EcoNIDRA™, you are encouraged to bring a nature being like a plant, rock, leaf or feather or simply connect with a nature element, as a "witness" for your newly planted intention. At the end of a session, you are invited to offer a random act of kindness in your own environment or community.
